Travel and Weight Loss

Most of us agree that summer is the best time to traveling. Last year, I went to Asia for my holiday vacation. I enjoyed the moment and I really want to repeat that experience again. However, the most important thing above all is, I successfully reduced my weight during my vacation period and I’m really proud of it!

Maybe you are wondering how could I lose my weight last summer? If most people would tell me that they can lose weight by using diet pills, I think I can do it without any helps. Well, all of my friends want to get their best body shape before vacation so when they go to the beach, they look good. Me? Not really. I’m a man who always have enough self-confidence and I don’t care whether I lose weight during summer or during Christmas. As long as I hit two birds with one stone, I would be more than happy to share it!

OK, so how to lose weight while we enjoy our vacation? The first step that you need to remember is find your “backpack”. Yep, I mean you should become a backpacker. Backpackers always prefer to walk wherever they go instead of using their vehicles. Therefore, you will lose at least 400 calories per day everyday until you end your vacation. It’s fun. You will enjoy this, believe me.

Become a backpacker will also increase your sense of solidarity because you’ll be taught how to survive with limited budget. Walking with “huge” backpack surely will reduce your weight. With limited budget, you’ll be forced to eat less calorie. You can’t eat as much as you want so eventually you won’t take in too much fats and carbohydrates.

The best part from backpacking is, it’s so fun and exciting. You will learn new traditions, cultures, and how foreigners live if you choose to travel to Asia or Eastern Europe. And yes, you don’t need too much money for backpacking. How many times you skipped your exercise because you were busy? In vacation period, you can do anything you want. Of course backpacking is one of the best choices to experience new thing and also to lose your excess pounds. I’ve proved it myself.

However, sometimes we don’t have any time for vacation. If you are a workaholic, maybe you need help from diet home delivery services to aid you lose fat.
